Joe is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has over 30 years’ industry experience working on many prestigious projects around the world. Joe originates from Scotland but has been based in America for over 20 years and now leads his growing team who are working on the data centre, infrastructure, hi-tech manufacturing, renewable energy and life sciences sectors.
