We are delighted to announce that Edward McCluskey has been promoted to Director in our EMEA Specialist Services division.

Edward joined the business as an Associate Director earlier this year and is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Arbitrator who has experience of working on some of the largest construction projects in the world during his 28-year career.

In addition, Edward is involved in the development of surveyors across the UK in his role as teacher and assessor for RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Since joining Soben, Edward has been a key driver to our business improvement initiative working closely with the senior management team to drive efficiencies to improve quality and overall client experience. He has also been the senior lead on multiple complex construction projects and has recently stepped up to run our largest single commission within the business unit.

Commenting on his promotion, Edward said: “My first few months at Soben have been extremely rewarding and I am very pleased to be moving forward into the role of Director at Soben EMEA to support the future growth of the business.”

Andrew Gallacher, Managing Director of Specialist Services Soben EMEA, said: “In his short time at Soben, Edward has demonstrated his considerable skills and value to our business and clients, and has been instrumental in moving the business forward in that short time. At Soben, we are keen to promote from within and recognise and reward talented people.

“As we continue to work towards our targets for growth, it is imperative that we have the best people leading our business. I am confident that Edward will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals.”
