Soben were appointed to prepare Bills of Quantities for a leading contractor for supermarket chain Lidl’s Regional Distribution Centre in Doncaster, Yorkshire.
This is the fourth commission for the German company, as it follows the successful completion of similar projects for Regional Distribution Centres for Lidl in Essex, Bristol and Eurocentral in Lanarkshire
The projects average 30,000m2 gross floor area, and the Bills of Quantities were completed in two weeks.
The completion of this contract illustrates a key part of Soben’s service – understanding contractors’ tight deadlines for preparing competitive tenders.
Soben have prepared Bills of Quantities on projects totalling £1.2billion since January, 2016.
