Soben is thrilled to announce the appointment of David Watt, who joins the award-winning construction consultancy as Country Director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), and will form part of APAC’s operational board.
David is a Fellow of RICS (FRICS) with 27 years of experience in senior roles for large construction companies. This experience has taken David to Australia, Canada, South Africa, and the UK. During this time, he has developed strong skills and knowledge of commercial management, risk management, contract management, and project management both on-site and in the corporate environment.
In his most recent role as a Senior Commercial Manager, David was responsible for the effective leadership and management of the Cross River Rail (Unity) RIS Alliance commercial team. Before this position, he worked for the Australian Rail Track Corporation as Head of Commercial, leading a large team of commercial professionals in successfully delivering the Inland Rail Program.
