Award-winning Soben is delighted to announce that Sabrina Mohamed has been promoted to Global Talent Acquisition Director.
Sabrina joined the business in November 2019 as a Key Account Director and was previously a Managing Consultant for a leading recruitment firm based in London. At that time Sabrina became the first female director of the company.
Sabrina’s new role is to lead the global talent acquisition team, develop and implement the Soben recruitment systems and processes, and to co-ordinate recruitment efforts across the regions that Soben operates within. The company is targeting to attain 1,000 members of staff by the end of 2030 to support growth in its existing locations as well as further expansion into new territories.
Sabrina said: “When I look back over the last two years it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come with the introduction of the Americas business unit and the APAC development that we’ve just announced.
“Soben has some very ambitious growth plans over the next few years which I am extremely excited to be able to develop and support.
“I’m so proud to be part of a professional and enthusiastic team that has a genuine hunger to keep this company moving forwards at a fast pace.”
The recruitment team has grown to a team of seven over the last six months and will soon be eight once the company appoints a dedicated recruitment consultant for its APAC business. There is also a newly appointed Talent Acquisition Manager working throughout the Americas territory.
