Soben is delighted to launch Shaping Futures, our new global corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme.
The CSR programme will allow employees to engage in environmental, educational, and social-focused projects that will make a positive difference to the local communities of our people.
The Shaping Futures programme will consist of newly created CSR projects. Our in-house regional CSR champions will partner and collaborate with local voluntary groups, not-for-profit organisations, and charities to deliver community-led activities performed by our people who will be allowed time off from their busy daily roles.
The first project of Shaping Futures will take place on Friday 11 November, when representatives from our Singapore team (Callum Agnew, Leonard Lee, and Kevin Joe) will serve as volunteers for the South West Community Job Fair at Keat Hong CC. They will assist jobseekers with their registration on a portal, help with resume writing, and offer general job selection advice and support.
Scott Smyth, Soben Founder and Group CEO, said: “We are very proud to unveil our Shaping Futures CSR programme.
“I personally feel very passionate about this fantastic initiative and am totally committed to ensuring that as a company, Soben does all that it can to assist with the many issues we currently face.
“Not only does it align with our core values and best practices, but it also sets high objectives that address the growing environmental, educational, and social concerns of the communities we serve across the world.
“We believe it is essential that we do our part and strive to be as sustainable as possible and help shape the future of our local communities with integrity.”
