Soben Chairman Paul Moultrie has been accredited as a FIR (Fairness Inclusion Respect) Ambassador in construction.  He joins the growing FIR Ambassador Network as a result.

Paul attended a conference hosted by Balfour Beatty Vinci and run by the Supply Chain School, for all organisations involved in the HS2 project across the UK.

The role of the FIR Ambassador is to promote a culture of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect within the organisation in which they work. A FIR Ambassador is expected to act as a role model for Fairness, Inclusion and Respect in their offices, sites or projects. This means embodying the principles of FIR to work collaboratively, whilst stepping in to take action, challenge behaviour, and positively impact workplace culture.

Paul Moultrie commented; “I am pleased to join the FIR Ambassadors Network.  At Soben we are committed to creating a healthy workplace culture that promotes fairness, inclusion, and respect.”
