Soben has further strengthened its ANZ leadership team with the appointment of Kevin Carr as Director Australia.
The appointment follows October’s announcement that industry veteran David Watt was to become Soben’s new Country Director for Australia and New Zealand. Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Kevin is now based in The Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Kevin returns to Soben, following a five year break, to lead Banking QS Services, Cost Management, Project Management and Financier Risk Management for the region.
Kevin brings two decades of quantity surveying and project management experience, working in client-side consultancy roles, and in senior commercial positions for main contracting organisations. His extensive experience includes projects spanning the civil, educational, healthcare, leisure and commercial sectors in the UK and Australia.
Kevin’s appointment opens up a specialised market for Soben Australasia, his vast experience, excellent reputation and strong client relationships will strengthen Soben’s commercial service offering in the region and allow increased support for valued clients in the Banking and Financier services sector.
