Soben supported the development of this tri-service training facility by providing comprehensive managing surveying services, responsibility for analysing the contract terms and conditions, as well as advising on potential conflicts or deviations.

Budgets were set at the appropriate level and facilitated the change management process for Soben, from earning warnings through compensation events, up to implementation.

Soben provided accurate valuations, ensuring we did not place the project at risk through overpayment or placing the contractor in a difficult situation due to poor cash flow. Soben prepared monthly cost reports and commentaries which were presented to the client, revealing the current financial status of the project alongside a transparent forecast projection to the final account.
