SOBEN have said a fond farewell to the company’s former premises and moved to contemporary new headquarters in a mature business estate.

The move from Royal Crescent in Glasgow to Peel Park in East Kilbride was completed in the middle of March 2017 and coincided with the establishment of Soben’s new base in London.

The premises at Peel Park are larger than the company’s former home and offer scope for future expansion as the business continues to grow in size to meet the demands of new and existing clients.

Soben Managing Director Scott Smyth said: “As we continue our planned expansion to become the UK’s leading contractor-focused quantity surveying and commercial management consultancy, it has been necessary for us to move to bigger and better headquarters.

“”We had outgrown the premises at Royal Crescent after just one year, as we have seen the demand for our world class services continue to increase.

“We are excited about our new offices, which are open-plan and contemporary, which reflects the dynamic ethos of Soben.

“It’s a great environment for our people to work in and the move heralds a new and exciting chapter in the company’s story.”

East Kilbride (population 75.000) is Scotland‘s largest town and is located 10 miles south east of Glasgow, where it supports a diversity of national and international business organisations – many  of them in the technology sector.

Peel Park is one of Scotland’s premier business parks, boasting a wealth of high-quality occupiers in a mature landscaped setting.

It benefits from a strategic location close to the point where the Glasgow Southern Orbital dual-carriageway joins East Kilbride to the M77 motorway, which, in turn, links to the M8 and M74.
